Trimble connect is not loading

Here’s the Trimble Connect 2.0 version from a couple of days ago. Download it to your computer and use Install Extension from the Extension Manager to install it. At least that will get rid of the message indicating it needs to be updated.

FWIW, there shouldn’t be a problem using the Update button in Extension manager but if there is, the easiest route is to just go to the Extension Warehouse in your browser and download the extension directly to you computer and install it.

I had the same thing with the grey failure bar in the extension manager, for a few days.
Just went to extension warehouse and clicked “enable” in the 2.0 version window, (for most it will say “update”) Back in SU and got the message “extension needs updating”. Went into extension manager and tried to update again. Low and Behold it updated.
That sorted it for me. :+1:
