There’s ongoing issue with activation e-mail not reaching e-mails (inbox and spam) while trying to create Trimble Account. The issue seems to be global since the same happens for various e-mails (different clients trying to acces their license can’t do so since they can’t create account).
Treat it more like a feedback thing rather than i personally got a problem that can be fixed manually for me or whatever.
Any information as far as when could that be fixed is appriciated.
I had the same problem I sent an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to explain my trubble and I ended up receiving the confirmation email.
