I have sketchup pro 2015 on a laptop.
I just bought a pc with enhanced graphic abilities, but I can’t find a way to download 2015 version and transfer the license.
How can I do this?

Don’t you have the original install files in your laptop?
You can find official downloads for older versions of SU here:

If you download the Make version, it will convert to Pro if you have a licence and enter it.
If you are planning to stop using Pro on your laptop, Remove the licence first.
But you can have it installed and licensed on two computers, provided you don’t use the two simultaneously.
