Each time I open up Sketchup Pro 2023 lately, all of the toolbars are missing and I have to spend time reinstating them. Anyone any ideas on how I can stop this happening?

When you installed it did you use the Right Click Run as Admin method?
If not, close sketchup and layout, find or download a fresh copy of the install exe, select it, right click and choose Run as Admin , follow the prompts and choose Repair when given the option, follow the prompts.
Open sketchup and organise your toolbars, close and open again and they should have stuck.
This will not effect extensions, templates, shortcuts etc it just cleans up in the background.
