Toolbar editor plugin

The toolbar editor plugin was one of my favorites, the toolbars where able to be pinned into the main toolbar, and was a bit more intuitive than Fredo’s LOTT, not saying that Fred’s extension is complicated to use, but toolbar editor was way more simple. I’ve tried to contact the developer, @Aurelius, but I guess he’s not around anymore. despite some failed efforts I haven’t achieved to learn Ruby properly and I’ve been trying to use different AI´s to create a toolbar editor plugin similar to Aurelius, compatible with sketchup 2024, the only reason I decided to do that is because V-Ray 7 crashes all the time and according to V-Ray support it’s due to some problems wit couple of Fredo’s plugins, mainly LOTT, he got a release for windows that makes V-Ray 7 Works perfectly fine on windows but on Mac its impossible. I’m on a long business travel and all the assets are now compatible with V-Ray 7 but not with V-Ray 6 After an update I did on my windows PC now that I’m working on my Mac with the latest version of the file I can’t use V-Ray and V-Ray 6 doesn’t recognize the assets, so I get empty renders. I uninstalled LOTT and V-Ray starts to work better but I´ve gotten so used to have personalized toolbars that now is extremely cumbersome and delaying my workflow without them, If there’s a good soul that could help me to revive toolbar editor I would be extremely grateful and willing to pay for this task. It would be great to have Aurelius code and work from there but I don’t think it’s an option, unless a Christmas miracle brings him back willing to share the code of his plugin.

There was another topic thread on what was wrong with this extension, and I thought I posted an updated registrar file in that topic.

Anyway here it is …
ae_toolbareditor.rb (1.4 KB)
Use this registrar file in the “Plugins” folder instead of the one that came with the extension.
Leave the extension folder and all its files as is.
