Toggling to view and unview portions of text

Hello! I am creating a 3-d model of a kitchen at the hospital I work at with labels for particular areas. Because there are so many areas the text tends to overlap. Is there a way to toggle to turn off certain texts in the model while not deleting them, and then being able to turn them on again to view?

You can give different text entities different tags and choose to show them or not.

Are you doing this as a hobby thing? If your using this for work you really should be using SketchUp for Desktop and then do the labeling in LayOut instead of in SketchUp.
