Search for thumbsup.dll. You’ll find lots of info. Most likely this happens because you didn’t install SketchUp correctly. Try again. Find the installer file you downloaded. Right click on it and choose Run as administrator. Then select the Repair option.

I downloaded thumbsup.dll, paste to folder system32 and sketchup, but doesn’t work. I downloaded many kinds of sketchup, and all have this same problem. I selected repair option, and the same problem appear. I use Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bits.
