I’ve been working on an existing SketchUp model for the last couple of hours and saving periodically with no errors, but when trying to create a new document I’m greeted with the message:
The subscription server response is invalid - You can continue to use SketchUp, but you will not be allowed to start a new file or open an existing file
Also, a couple of times the message 'We are experiencing technical difficulties" (or similar) appeared…
I’m logged in and the Subscription Status is marked as Active.
I’m been working on a Mac Mini M1 for the few weeks without issue.
What’s going on?! Has anybody seen this before?
