The monitor screen is strange

It is not natural and split on the screen like watching a video.

I think it’s a graphics driver problem, so I updated everything to the latest.

Here is my computer information and update status.

-OS : Microsoft Windows 10 Pro x64 / Latest updates
-CPU : AMD Ryzen 9 3950X / All motherboard drivers were installed
-RAM : 16GBX2 (CMW32GX4M2C3200C16 DDR4X2)
-GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER / Latest updates(445.87 Release date 04/15/2020
