The Auto Generated Thumbnail View is not right

I uploaded a couple of components but the auto generated view is not good. (extreme closeup)
Does it take time for 3dw to generate a proper view?
I read where the thumbnail could be uploaded but I do not see how.

Hi @ChrisStewart, the thumbnail should match the view in the model the last time it was saved. Is that true for your model?

Hi Isaac thanks for responding,
No when I saved the component it was completely in on screen in the 3d warehouse it it is zoomed in to show the bottom cut line of a door unit so the thumbnail is just a line.

and the other component is zoomed in to one corner

I tried uploading a new one and got it to work thanks, although the material is hard to change I got the door to work but the trim wants to stay white instead of wood texture,
