I too am having the same issue. 13 scenes, 41mb file, 1158 components.
Machine - GTX1060 6gb card, Core i7 CPU9700 with 35gb RAM.
Avi file simply does not get generated after the export process is complete. Attempting to export 3840x2160 avi. I did export an avi at 640x480 but the quality was ■■■■ and the file size of 1.35gb.
