I cannot assign colors to my tags as their is no default / dashed lines to see / change. I cannot figure out how to fix this.

The columns have been set too narrow. Drag the left of the tray to make it be very wide, then drag the Tags columns to bring the other columns into view.
Or scroll like Dezmo did!

Yikes I new what the problem was but never imagined it was at the bottom of the screen. thanks that did it.
