Subscription help

Hi

I need help with my subscription. I have Sketchup 2021 and about a month ago I ordered my subscription and used the promo code promo21code or something similar to that and had to pay 243.00. I am having problems trying to reach someone to help me with my problems with the subscription

But, what is the problem? Still saying ‘Trial’ or ‘No Products?
Make sure to have ‘Product taccess’ in the Member section in your Account Management Portal (myaccount.trimble.com)
