If you have several versions of SU Pro active at the same time each counts as a separate installation. You can have only two at the same time.
Because each version of SketchUp counts as a device.
You can reset it yourself:
Go to your AMP (log in on www.sketchup.com).
My Products
‘view included Apps’
‘Manage my devices’
On starting SU Pro I get a message:
Please authorize SketchUp
You are using SketchUp Pro on too many machines. Please sign-out from another machine, or manage your activations below.
What’s an AMP? please

Hi Thank you for the help. By deauthorizing all I’m back able to use SU Pro and LO.
I still dont quite understand what had change overnight to prevent my us of SU?
Any how it all appears to work now. Thanks.
Andrew
I did all of the above steps and still had ‘too many machines’, the deauthorizing didn’t seem to work. But I was signing in with the Google option. Once I signed in via SketchUp, everything went well.
BTW the above link has been overcome by events and no longer works. Search SketchUp help for “Licensing, Accounts and Administration” for more info.
