Hi I am trying to model a circular hanging sign, 10’ diameter, 3’ tall. I’ve built the aluminum frame, but how do I make the fabric to look like stretch fabric where it “hugs” the aluminum frame? my skp model uploaded.

I guess for something like that I would draw a profile and use Follow Me around a circle.
You’d help yourself out with this kind of stuff if you’d drag out the radii of your circles on axis instead of at some random angle as you’ve done in this model.

first, you draw half of the side-view of your banner. I traced mine based on a vertical rectangle.
then, ah horizontal circle. this circle’s middle has to be aligned with the straight edge of the banner. as you see, first it tried to make a vertical circle (green), by pressing the up arrow key before placing the circle, it made sure I would have it horizontal.
then I select the path, click on follow me, and click on the face.
the last step is to delete top and bottom circles.
if you want it to have thickness, you’ll need to pre-draw it before the follow me :
