Its working now but none of my lights are showing up even though they are on, high intensity and power W
This is a Vray issue. Have you tried contacting their Customer Support or checking their site for information?
Post your model so someone with a working V-ray like @eric-s could take a look. Often it is a problem with a corrupt material.
