Sleepless Night

Will do. I’ll try another two along the path.

I tried constructing some more intersecting lines, and used the Skin Contours method.

Like they say, there’s more than one way to skin a contour.

Thanks Anssi. I like the Skin contour approach. My first attempt worked.
Still working on getting the loft along path to work cleanly.

I haven’t tried, but FredoCorner might manage this too.

A quick animation while waiting for my coffee to brew. Still needs a few screws. I should move the camera around a bit.

Cool !

Thank you.

When I grow up I want to be like DaveR! I am constantly learning and amazed by the stuff you do with SU.

No so much a sleepless night but I am avoiding work I should be doing.

A child-sized digger based on plans in a Popular Mechanics magazine from 1963. Still have a bit of hardware and other details to add.

Another cool blast from the past ! :+1: Look forward to all the bits in place.

Side tracked (ha!) from the digger project.

Here’s a small button head screw and hex nuts though.

Beautiful work Dave… you must have a huge tool shed… or is it all virtual?

More work avoidance than anything.

I hope those light blue bits are not reversed faces!

Jolly joker. No faces there. Just edge segments colored blue in LayOut. Besides, I don’t use blue as the back face color.

What do you use?
Why?
How do you set that up?

For what?

Why what?

How do I set what up?

This here, my man.

What color DO you use?
Why that color?
How would one change the default colors? Figured that out…
