SketchUp Web doesn't allow save - "If you don't see your project, please select Retry"

I have a purchased license for SketchUp Web but if I try to save I keep getting the “If you don’t see your project, please select the “Retry” button”. It stays in that loop with a blank white screen and “SAVE TO Project” on the left.

If I try starting with a project in the Trimble Connect section, and “Create Project” I get the same error. No matter what I’ve tried, it just keeps giving this error.

I am using a PC running Windows 11 with Chrome as the browser (I’ve also tried Edge and same issue).
