Sketchup Vray rendering

Please help me. I’m having a problem when rendering my design in Vray.
it doesn’t show colors.

Maybe material override is turned on?

nope.

i created this file in my mac computer. and when i tried to open it on my windows laptop, the Vray doesn’t render the colors…
