Vray for Sketchup, problem with textures and colours

Hi all

I am using sketchup make 2017 with vray 3.4.
The render don’t show the textures and colours. When I am working on a model I see everything. This problem appears in every project and in each version of the sketchup. I work in sketchup 2015 and 2017.

How can I fix it?

Update graphic drivers and V-Ray.

Is “Material Override” enable in your V-Ray settings by any chance?
