I really see SketchUp as the best 3D software in the world today! Not because it has the greatest 3D features, but because it is simple and powerful.

A 70-year-old man who owns a small carpentry shop can use it. SketchUp has truly democratized learning about the 3D universe.

I’ve even posted on the forum, but it doesn’t help Trimble’s decision-making.

I really love SketchUP, I’m even studying other 3D software, like Blender, FreeCAD and Plasticity… But they are far from as easy to use as SketchUp… Everything in SketchUp is natural for the brain.

What is the problem with SketchUp today, the subscription fee, this is really discouraging and the Web version doesn’t make any sense for those who like to have things on their computer and with all the resources possible. The Web version doesn’t make sense.

I imagine that here in Brazil, for every 10 SketchUp users, at least 7 use pirated software, and this is being quite optimistic. Even if there is this subscription price, it should reflect the economy of each country… for example, $349 per year for Americans makes sense, but $349 for a Brazilian represents 6x the value in dollars. There could also be a lifetime purchase. And for updates, an annual fee if you want to update! It could be like this:

That would be a fairer price! I myself am almost finishing the
manufacture of a CNC Router for industrial use, as I would
always like to take SketchUp to my future potential clients
as the standard software for Drawing…

I don’t want anything for free! Just for it to have a fair price! For those who used SketchUp for free, when it was from Google, I miss it a lot…

You don’t just have in your hands a software that makes 3D drawings, but a software that humanizes the 3D universe… It’s not just a simple drawing program… Help us with this :triangular_ruler:
