SketchUp Studio not functioning correctly

The vray license included in the SketchUp Studio package is not being recognized. I’ve sent multiple emails to Trimble support, but I need Vray daily for work. Does anyone know how to deal with this problem?

I don’t know if it has happened to others, but I had a similar problem with V-ray licensing that stemmed from the login method I used for my Trimble account. Switching to a straightforward username and password login started things working.

Most of the time removing and reassigning the to yourself will solve it.
Especially if you upgraded or renewed from Pro.

Then if that doesn’t work , delete the SSL folders as per SketchUp’s help article.
