SketchUp Shop on Windows, how to add extensions

Sorry, Colin I misread that it applied to a post-2017 desktop version.

But that doesn’t change the supposition that some situations require the “gifting” of a license.
(I’ve seen it done by you here several times, and I myself have been a recipient of such a “gift”.)

The main point was as you indicated, even being Customer Service, that you could not grant a variance to the license limitation on Make, even for a workaround.

Right, I was told not to do that.

For the case I referred to, the license is only a temporary one, to give us more time to fix the real issue. It only gives them SketchUp Pro 2017 for a couple of months or so.

I am not entirely sure we have spent enough time on this subject… :rofl: :rofl: :rofl:
