I purchased the program 2 days ago as a student so I chose the $80 CAD option. I emailed my order number and my unofficial transcript but I haven’t heard back. Am I being impatient or is an unofficial transcript not enough? Im just a little worried because I need to start on my school project.Thanks for your help!

This is the public user forum. I’m pretty sure that you had to send your documents to one of the Canadian reseller in charge of the student licences locally.
Unfortunately, unless someone from the reseller is here on a private capacity, I don’t think we can do much.

Yes I have I followed my profs instructions and I am waiting for a response hopefully it comes soon!
