Where can I get a hold of the above? I already have a licence key but have changed netbooks and can’t find the download link anywhere.

SketchUp Pro 7 system requirements do not cover recent operating systems, be prepared that things may not work.
Yes we have an 8 user licence but the guy who normally sorts this out for me has retired and I can’t get a hold of him.
normally you would directly contact your supplier first, i.e. Trimble or your local reseller.
to shorten it, you can download the ENglish version from our download archive.
Your archive seems to only go back to version 8. Is there still a link to version 7?
