Just upgraded to 2017 from 2016 about a week ago. Running OS Sierra on my iMac. Sketchup refuses to quit (force quit only) and also experiences “failure to save” issues. Deleted and downloaded program again, same issues. Any suggestions?
Thanks
Josh

I’ve encountered similar problems a few times and traced them to errant extensions. What plugins/extensions do you have installed? You could try disabling/uninstalling them to see whether that improves the situation.
Hi, thanks for the responses. My system is a late 2015 iMac, 4ghz Intel Core i7, 24 GB RAM, running OS Sierra version 10.12.3. As far as extensions, I’m running the following:
Fredoscale
Lib Fredo 6
Joint Push-Pull (hasn’t been updated recently, may be the cause of the problem)
CleanUp 3
Podium Version 2.5 Demo Version
The autosave issue comes and goes, but the “refuse to quit” issue is constant.
