Sketchup pro 2017 V-RAY no image

when i try to render my objects, it doesn’t show me a image. i have all settings on default.
maybe its my graphic card? i don’t know what to do

Maybe. Maybe you need some lights? Maybe all your faces are reversed?

i tested with an other object, and then i made a plane light right above it and the result is the same…
and i checked if they are reversed. they are right.

Maybe you need to contact the Vray folks.

I suggest to reinstall Vray, because for me everything is working.

You also can try to reset Vray settings.
