I am trying to remove my SketchUp 2017 Pro license from my computer so that I can activate it on another computer, but on clicking remove license it gives me the below page instead of removing license.
I then tried manually deleting the Sketchup.lic and EW.lic files from (C:\ProgramData\SketchUp\SketchUp 2017).
I also deleted residual registry entries from HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SketchUp\SketchUp 2017.
This removed the license from Sketchup, however when i tried activating using the same serial number and authorization code on another computer I got
(Oops! This License has been used on too many computers.) indicating the license has still not been released.
This is a perpetual license and I do not have it associated with a TrimbleID.
What can I do to solve this. Kindly advise.
