I think a version 0.3 was released recently. But maybe you are thinking of SketchyPhysics? It hasn’t been mantained recently by the developer. But the developer of Newton Physics has been taking over some of the maintenance, but I’m not sure what the current status is.
There are different version of SketchyPhysics out there, but I think this one is the latest version:

Big difference: all SketchyPhysics versions only work with 32-bit SketchUp, MSPhysics with 64-bit too!
