SketchUp Make Downloading

I factory reset my computer now I can no longer get SketchUp Make 2017 to download, I was only able to get a trial of Pro. I can get a web based SketchUp Make 2017 but then I can not get addons like home builder. So how can I get SketchUp Make 2017 on my desktop. I’m an old fart and like the hands and eyes on what I’m using. As it was before I reset my computer.

There is no web based SketchUp Make 2017. The free web-based version is called SketchUp Free and the current build is 2019.
