Unsure if anyone else has seen this issue.. I’m getting my students to use Sketchup Online for the first time using their iPads (previously on MAC desktops which is no longer supported at school).
Noticed that we’re unable to login with Safari (kept going back to sign-in options) and we’re using Microsoft accounts (SSO). Safari on MACbooks or desktops seemed to be working fine though.
An alternative at the moment we’re looking at is a different broswer - Google Chrome - which will work. But there are security concerns at the moment with school pushing alternative browsers on the iPads so that may take a while to materialise.
Wondering if support team could have a look in getting Safari to work on iPads. Last tested on IOS v18.5. If someone else in similar shoes have found an alternative workaround in the settings, please share your experiences. TIA.
