Sketchup License stuck on old computer

Hi All,
One of our computers crashed and we weren’t able to remove the Sketch license from it. Can’t seem to contact the Sketchup folks. Any way to do this?


If you can get the computer to run, there’s nothing you can do on your own. Customer Support would need to release the license on their end so you should start a ticket with them here.

Unfortunately we didn’t renew our maintenance and support plan so unless we renew we can’t get help managing subscriptions…

That’s unfortunate. You should try contacting them anyway.

if you can revive the system by replacing e.g. a havoc hard disk or reinstalling resp. booting the operating system, even temporarily, you would be able to install SUP again and activate/deactivate the license.
