Cannot import geo-location near map image. have paid for it and received invoice
Error message “An error occurred while creating the terrain”
Tried a few times in last hour with no import

I found the attempted purchase you did. You’ve done a number of them, so it was tricky to track down!
Currently I don’t know of a better solution than getting the failed one refunded, and then trying again.
The date shows as 5/3/2022, if you contact support they should quickly find the problem purchase, and refund it to clear things up.
