Error Occurred while creating the terrain SU 2021 OS Big Sur

I’m having an issue loading a newly purchased tile map into sketchup pro 2021 on Mac OS Big Sur 11.2.3.

It starts to upload and then returns an error message “An error occurred while creating the terrain”.

Any ideas as to what might be causing the issue and what I can do to fix?

I just received the same error with OS Big Sur. Please clear my purchase and refund as well.

I just received the same error message as well “error occured while creating terrain.” I’ve imported Geo-locations previously with no issues so not sure why I’m suddenly seeing this error. I just upgraded to Pro 2021 to see if that helped but to no avail. Please help.
