We are an Interior Design company, running large residential projects. We are currently looking for someone proficient in AutoCAD (mainly just for transferring floor plans over to Sketchup) - and preparing 3D renders within Sketchup - usually very basic floor plans for us to work from, but if we build a relationship, more support with internal finishes (kitchens, bathrooms, cabinetry) etc.
Must be UK based, due to needing quick turnaround of work. Must have experience in residential design.
Thank you for your points. For the current project we need to be able to speak in real time whilst making edits. We have previously used people in the US and Canada, so are aware of the benefits of using freelancers from all over and as you say this has worked well receiving work in time to start our day here. But for this particular project we need to have the ability to have a live conversation.
Was it necessary to jump in here and disparage Brits and what you perceive as their work ethic and muddy up this thread for someone just looking to get some work done with a particular request for a particular project?
I know it is in your blood as an American to mess with the affairs of others… but in your 40 years of business experience did you never absorb or learn any cross cultural communication training?
