I want to download the Sketchup Free Trial, but whenever I click the ‘Start Free Trial’ button it just loads a blank page. Is this a common issue?
Go to the offline download …
… download the Windows edition.
Copy it someplace you’ll remember (I put my installers on my D: drive.)
Run the installer via right-click > “Run as administrator”
After install, start SU2024 and the Welcome window should show.
From that window you should be able to start a trial.
You might need to log in with the account you used here on the forum.
