Sketchup Free failing to fetch from Timble Connect

When loading the app, the file listing is missing. Upon clicking “Timble Connect” it returns the message “We were unable to retrieve your data”.

The backend request to the server is being blocked by CORS (cross-origin resource sharing), likely due to a configuration error on your servers.

I’m using Chrome 90.0

I’ve tried to connect directly to Trimble Connect but I can’t see any of my files either (the loading screen keeps running).

status.connect.trimble.com

showed a ‘major outage’
A little patience is required, it will probably back soon.
Refresh the tab to check again.

The Trimble Connect entry here also shows some issue today:

Models seem to be opening ok at the moment.
