Hello.
I am not entirely even sure what is going on.
Today I tried to load up a project from Trimble Connect, but the page just keeps loading, then stops and says I’m not connected to the internet. (which obviously I am, I even use LAN so it’s pretty reliable and fast.)
The model was large, is this why? Or are their servers down?
I did not know something like this could ever happen with SketchUp.
I even went to the connect.trimble.com website and I kid you not, it’s just a blank white page.
I am having the same problem. I am accessing through Web and I am able to login but the home page tries to show my recent files and it gives me their version of a spinning ball. I click on Trimble Connect to see my files and the page just shows a spinning ball.
I have tried two differnt computers (Windows 10 and Windows 11) plus multiple browsers with no luck. I was on it all day today with no issue but I haven’t been able to loadany projects in the last 1 hour
I had loading issues earlier that are now resolved. Now dimensions box is glitched out… Can’t enter values and when you hit enter it attempts to leave the page. Anyone else experiencing this?
