I use keyboard shortcuts all the time. Which is why this problem is a pain. There are some actions for which I have no idea where the option is in menus, I always use the shortcut.
I can be a hour into using Sketchup and suddenly all the keyboard shortcuts stop working. They will not restart until I close the browser window or reopen the document.
I can see historic reports on this site reporting the same problem. Is there a solution?
