Sketchup for Schools not working for students, but works for teacher

I have installed Sketchup for Schools and students and teachers are able to access it from their G-Suite login, however, as a teacher, it works fine for me, but my students get a sign-in error. I have made sure that pop-ups are not blocked and I believe I have given all other permissions. Data is also shared through Google Classroom. Can anyone advise on what I might be missing?
