I cannot log in to “Sketchup for Schools.” I’ve downloaded the app from Google Marketplace, but when I try to “sign-in with Google” I get a Sign-In Error. It works fine for my students, but not for me. This problem started this year; I have not had this problem in prior years. Side note: Popups and redirects are allowed on my computer on Chrome.
Hi @S_Hofland, thanks for the post. I would recommend trying the steps outlined in this video (https://video.sketchup.com/training/watch/ouKCgRswXV7ZM8dBjsz2mX) to make sure that everything is set the way it is supposed to be. If you still get issues after that, then it could be that you are on a different domain than the students and that the app is only deployed for the students.
If this is not the case, can you try the app in an incognito window or a different browser and let me know what you see?
