SketchUp for Schools - Can't Sign in

We have signed in to allow permissions using detail from the video.

Correct Sketchup Permissions have appeared in 365 identity yet when we try and access the following link

the user cannot login.
It throws us to the option to sign in 365 but after signing in it then says ERROR SIGN IN. It looks like you’re having trouble signing in. Make sure you’ve enabled pop-up windows for SketchUp, then complete sign in using the pop-up window that appears. Can you please check our school domain is allowed to access.

Thanks for the @ to get my attention tweenulzeven! I appreciate it. It sounds like you are experiencing an error @ICTAdminwhitepeakfed but it is difficult to figure out what error you are getting without more info. Can you access developer mode and let me know what error message you see in there? I should be able to find a solution a lot faster and easier once I know the specifics.

Also, is the error isolated to a few students or is it domain wide?
