I need a precision regarding licensing with sketchup for school. Does the licence can only be used in classroom with a teacher or does all our employees can use it ?
We are a public school and I was wondering if I have to buy a pro licence for our architectural technician to use in different building project

SketchUp for Schools is intended for use by schoolchildren in the classroom.
Ig noring license considerations, I don’t think it would be suitable for architectural use anyway. Certainly not appropriate for creating any official documentation.
As Dave said, SketchUp for schools is intended for and only licensed to primary and secondary educational institutions.
For what you are talking about you would need to subscribe to SketchUp Go, Pro, or Studio.
