Yes, my computer’s CPU is an AMD model, and the graphics card is made by NVIDIA.

The white viewport is a combination of the following:
Draft Mode enabled
Draft Mode set to Always On
Draft Mode set to Disable Raster-Rendered Object Drawing
Viewport Render Mode set to Raster
The combination of those settings causes your viewport to never be drawn.

I forgot to mention in my other reply, but we also do not draw the grid when Draft Mode is Enabled and Always On.
