LayOut show white viewport after update model

Hi everyone,

When we update our viewports in LayOut 2025 after making changes and saving our SketchUp model, all viewports suddenly turn white and become unusable.

Our SketchUp file is properly set up with scenes and everything seems correct, so we’re not sure what’s going wrong.

Has anyone experienced this issue before or knows how to fix or prevent it?

I haven’t seen it but some others have reported it. Try the same thing in LayOut 2026. Do you get the same results? Can you share a LayOut file in which this happens?
