I keep getting this error when I open SketchUp files (maybe LayOut files also). How do I fix this problem?
All my files are saved in a LAN drive. It feels like this might be a factor.
That can be the issue indeed! Especially if the drive isn’t immediately available or the connection is slow. Best practice is to keep those paths on the internal drive in your computer. Also make sure the SketchUp and LayOut files and any references for your LayOut projects are saved to the internal drive at least while you are working on the files.

If you open the Preferences panel [menu]Window >Preferences > Files
Which paths are marked red?
