Sketchup Error - live component

Hello everyone, for a few days now when I download a live component and try to configure it I get this error message:

"SketchUp has encountered an error. Check that you are signed in to SketchUp and that you have internet connectivity.

Please send this error report to the SketchUp team by clicking the “Send Error Report” button below. The report will help us identify problems and fix crashes in future versions of SketchUp.

All information will be treated confidentially and will be used only to improve this product.

I have tried several times to log out and back in and my connection is ok.
Have you ever received this error message? how did you solve this problem? is it a bug?

yes same here, although server status says it’s operational…

I see that too. I alerted the right team.

We made a change that should have cleared up the problem. Someone will look into what the issue was.
