Sketchup crashes when importing .dwg

Thanks in advance for any help in resolving this issue.

Sketchup crashes when trying to import the attached .dwg files (I haven’t tried importing any other .dwg files). All of the import options are unchecked, I’ve tried disabling all extensions, still no luck. I was able to successfully import each file at one point within the last week, but now both cause an immediate crash. I’m not aware of anything that has changed which would cause the issue. Can anyone help me figure out how to import these files?

What import units have you selected? This is what I get with the Larson Schmidt DWG file.

Oh, and I have tried using model units and feet.

Try Meters

Meters didn’t work, but after starting at the top of the list and trying all the options for import units, I got yards to work for one of the files, and I got inches to work for the other file. But this happened after several tries of each unit option. Any idea what’s going on here?
