I think this indicates your machine is low on memory. Rebooting your machine should fix it.
Sure, reboot and see if that fixes it but…Did this just happen? Has is worked in the past and suddenly stopped? Is this a new file or an old one?
Open SketchUp Preferences > Graphics and choose the Classic Graphics Engine. See if that changes anything.

The more information you can give the better here. Is this happening when opening a fresh file?
If SU worked previously and suddenly does not the first suspect is your graphics drivers. Go to the manufacturers website for your graphics card and download and install the latest drivers. Do not rely on windows to tell you your drivers are up to date. And try the classic engine as I said.

If your forum profile is correct, the cause has to be a change on your computer because SketchUp 2022 hasn’t changed in two years. A place to start is to check at the vendor site for your graphics to get their latest driver. Windows is notorious for automatically installing broken graphics drivers.
