The app screen is zoomed too large for my screen, cant access left hand tools

Sketchup isn’t technically supporting android, but you can access it in a browser.
- try another browser ?
- check your browser settings, maybe you have a zoom enabled ?
- check your display settings (android).
are you on a tablet or a phone ? not sure, but the website might be designed with a minimum screen dimension too. if you’re on a phone, it might just not be enough
